A Taste of Spain. A cooking journey around Spain 🇪🇸
A journey, a series of gatherings with Nat Martinez from Madrid, where we’ll explore Spain one region at a time.
Each class in A Taste of Spain is dedicated to a different region. From the bold flavours of Madrid’s tapeo, to the fresh seafood of Galicia, the fire of Andalusian spices, or the richness of the Basque Country, every month, we’ll discover the dishes that tell the story of that place.
Our first stop was Madrid, and now we’re heading to the second stop on this beautiful journey: Valencia! If you’d like to experience the first one too, check out our events and book the first class of the series!
We’ll cook together, we’ll taste, we’ll sip, and above all, we’ll connect. Because Spanish cooking is never just about food. It’s about gathering around a table, sharing stories, laughing loudly, and turning recipes into memories.

✨ A traditional Valencian Paella 🥖 Crispy Pan amb Tomaquet with Spanish olive oil & homemade alioli recipe🍸 A real Spanish aperitivo while the rice works its magic: olives, boquerones, traditional chips…🍹 Two of Spain’s most loved drinks: Agua de Valencia & my family’s sangria recipes🍮 And to end on a sweet note... let’s just say dessert is not optional
*Non-alcoholic options and dietary restrictions are welcome! Leave your preferences in the comments and I’ll adapt everything for you. I’m lactose and gluten intolerant myself, so I totally get it. We can still cook something delicious and enjoy food the way we love — and the way it makes us feel good
