Saturday: Italian style Breakfast, Market foraging, a gourmet homemade focaccia for lunch, then the afternoon preparing pasta etc for the Sunday feast.
Saturday Night: Wood-fired artisan pizzas
Sunday: The Grand Molisan Feast. You prepare a long-table celebration of antipasto, pasta, slow-cooked porchetta, and traditional Molisan desserts.
This is an all-inclusive, high-end immersion into my family’s heritage. You’ll leave with all the recipes, and the skills to cook like a true Molisana.
