We begin in the Andes, with the warmth and memory of colada morada and guaguas de pan, a tradition that ties food to remembrance and the celebration of those who came before us.
Then we travel to the Coast to discover Tonga, a dish that evokes traditional cooking, local ingredients, and the deep relationship between food and territory.
And to accompany the cold, we close the circle with a canelazo — a warm drink to share, converse, and let the music continue telling its stories.
One table, many stories, and an entire country to discover.
An evening to listen, taste, remember, and share Ecuador — beyond its borders.
