A Taste of Creole: Gumbo Pop-Up
Tapping into chef Gia's creole roots, Empamamma’s brings you rich Louisiana-style gumbo built on the holy trinity of onion, celery, and a bell pepper roux!
Saturday October 31 | 4–6 PM Come out & meet Gia & pickup your 32oz. bowl directly from her licensed commercia/ghost kitchen : 3322 Virginia Beach Blvd.. Pick up with delivery available throughout the 757 for an additional charge.
Pay a $10 deposit to preorder your bowl which is applied toward your total.
🍲 Chicken & Cajun Sausage Bowl (no seafood)— $30🍲($20 balance after $10 paid deposit)
📿The Creole Feast Bowl — $50: ($40 Balance after $10 paid deposit) Chicken, Cajun sausage, jumbo shrimp, and crab meat with crab legs.
Each 32-ounce bowl includes a side of jasmine rice, potato salad, your choice of honey butter cornbread or garlic butter Texas toast, fresh peach or ginger lemonade, and dessert choices are: peach cobbler, double-whipped banana pudding, or chocolate chunk cookies. *Additional servings, & Empanadas are available upon request
Bowls are assembled per order. Please request ingredient preferences and allergies when ordering.
