Hi Friends! It’s our last sound bath of the month!
It is with great joy that I invite you to join our ever-growing sound bath community this Sunday, October 11th from 10:30 AM - 11:45 AM.🧘🏾♀️✨
Sink into the serene sounds and tranquil tones of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, accompanied by grounding drum rhythms. Then, be transported as the cascading waves of the waterfall disc gently wash over you, inviting your mind to let go, your body to relax, and the stress to slough off and simply slip away. This instrument is a crowd favorite!
Come get zenned-out in a space where the vibes are delicious, and the acoustics are absolutely bonkers.
My mission is to cultivate a community where sound bath experiences are financially accessible to everyone. Although $25 is the requested donation, pay what you’re able, as you’re able and as long as you’re physically able…just show up. I believe everyone deserves access to these experiences, especially during financially challenging times.
One of my favorite parts of the morning happens before the sound bath even begins. From 10:30–10:45, I'll introduce you to the instruments, share a few things to be mindful of, and offer suggestions for making yourself as comfortable as possible so you can settle into the experience with greater ease. Whether it's your first sound bath or your fiftieth, this time helps everyone sink into the experience before we begin.
Doors close promptly at 10:45 to preserve a peaceful, uninterrupted experience for everyone.
I can hardly wait to welcome you here!
✨ ✨ Reminder✨ ✨
You are strongly encouraged to bring a blanket or sleeping bag, and a couple pillows for your head, back, or knees. Laying flat tends to take a toll on the lower back without proper support, and your comfort makes all the difference in how deeply you’re able to enjoy the experience. There are also chairs and pews you may sit or lay on if you prefer. And yoga mats are available on a first come, first received basis.
👉🏽*Parking is available behind the church and throughout the neighborhood. To avoid being towed, please leave the lot in front of the white building across the street open.
P.S. Early arrival is strongly encouraged as it provides the time needed to park in the neighborhood, get comfy and settled in.☺️
