A Spring Bath Soak WorkshopLiving With Intention
The Spring Equinox marks a moment of balance as light and dark meet, and we are invited into a natural reset. It is a beautiful time to slow down, reconnect, and become more intentional about how we live our everyday lives.
In this nurturing and hands-on workshop, Mariah Blackburn guides you through the practice of living with intention by bringing awareness and care into the things you are already doing. Rather than adding more to your plate, this experience explores how your life itself can become the ritual through presence, choice, and gentle attention.
Together, we will move through:
– A guided meditation to settle the nervous system and connect with how you want this season to feel.- A reflective journaling to explore intention in daily life and personal rhythms.- The creation of your own intentional spring bath soak, blended intuitively to support rest, renewal, and balance.
This workshop is an invitation to soften, learn, and create in a way that feels accessible and supportive. You will leave with a custom bath soak to continue this practice at home, along with inspiration for weaving intention into your everyday routines.
Please bring a journal and something to write with.
No prior experience is needed. Come exactly as you are.
