Come join Kami as she leads you through a unique Guided Meditation, (Halloween Themed for fun).She will lead you step by step to envision a cemetery to explore and contemplate during your time together. Mediation gives you the ability to relax, learn, and dive into yourself. If you wish to sit on the floor, bring a pillow or blanket or mat. There will be chairs available as well.
