A Spook-Tacular Sound Bath

'Tis the season to be spooky! Join us for a Spook-Tacular Sound Bath, a sound healing and craniosacral journey. You will be transported by a guided meditation centered on themes of Samhain, the time of honoring ancestors, shedding, and bountiful harvests. A sound bath utilizing the voice, traditional singing bowls, and synthesizer will be supported by gentle craniosacral holds, deeply immersing you into realms of repose, warmth, and gratitude. Sound like what your soul is craving? Join us on Friday, October 30th at 6:00 P.M. to experience spine-tingling relaxation you won’t forget!
