This event, in collaboration with Arab Hangouts, brings together reflection, conversation, and creative practice in a calm, thoughtful space.

The afternoon will begin with a personal development workshop titled “Social Media Between Overuse and Balance”, conducted in Arabic and led by psychotherapist Noor Al Asadi, PhD. The session explores overuse, distraction, and digital reliance, and invites participants to reflect on attention, presence, and balance in everyday life.

The workshop will be followed by a guided painting session led by Al Anoud Emaish, offering a quiet, creative space to unwind and reflect. No prior art experience is required.

The event is inspired by the January reading ممتلئ بالفراغ by Emad Rashad El-Deen, though reading the book is not required to attend or participate.
