GALENTINE'S PILATES PARTY

Join us for Galentine’s Pilates Party — a joyful, women-focused wellness experience designed to celebrate friendship, movement, and self-love.

We’ll begin with a 45-minute Galentine’s-themed mat Pilates class focused on mindful movement, strength, and flow, followed by themed post-class drinks to sip and socialize. Guests will take part in a Valentine’s card exchange to foster meaningful connection and leave with curated wellness gift bags from our favourite health and wellness brands.

All attendees are encouraged to wear pink!
