A Sourdough Masterclass with Brandon Whited of The Village Bakery

For ages 13 & up

Join us for an immersive afternoon of flour, fermentation, and fresh-baked bread with one of North Texas's most respected artisan bakers.

Discover the timeless craft of sourdough baking with Brandon Whited, founder and baker of The Village Bakery. In this hands-on, intensive five-hour workshop, Brandon will guide you through every step of the sourdough process, from creating and maintaining a healthy starter to mixing, shaping, and baking a beautiful artisan loaf.

Throughout the workshop, you'll work hands-on with dough while learning the methods and best practices used by professional artisan bakers. Each student will leave with a freshly baked loaf of sourdough bread, their own starter to continue baking at home, and the knowledge needed to begin or elevate their sourdough journey.

For ages 13 & up. Attendees not yet 17 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Each attendee must purchase a ticket.

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
