We’ll meet in the Café — Each day includes short meditations, guided talks for honest sharing and deep listening, and hands-on exercises.
Expect a steady mix of quiet and connection. Mornings use breath practices to arrive fully; midday circles bring conversation and prompts that highlight what matters; afternoons focus on embodied work — journaling, creativity, movement, and small-group activities that turn inner change into habits.
The pace is guided but relaxed, honoring each person’s rhythm. Come as you are; witness and be witnessed. We are keeping things gentle and communal. You’ll leave with clear practices, fresh perspectives, and a quieter mind.
