A fortnightly, drop-in peer support circle for anyone navigating grief.If you’re living with any type of loss, you don’t have to do it alone.
A Seat for Grief is a gentle, peer-led space to be with your grief, where you can share, sit quietly, listen, or simply be alongside others who understand. There’s no pressure to talk, no expectation to have the right words, and no need to be anywhere other than where you are.
Because sometimes the support we need after loss isn’t found in the people closest to us.
You’re welcome to bring a photo or meaningful item that represents who or what you’re remembering ... a person, pet, relationship, or anything else that holds meaning for you. You might also like to bring a journal.
Suggested donation: $20 per session to help cover room hire and refreshments. No one will be turned away due to financial difficulty.
