💙 THERE IS A SEAT FOR YOU
A Seat at the Christmas Table is being created to bring our community together for a warm, welcoming and affordable Christmas experience.
Everyone is welcome—whether you come alone, with family, with friends, with a parent or carer, with a support worker or alongside somebody you support.
You do not need a diagnosis, referral or support plan. You also do not need to arrive feeling confident or already know somebody.
Come for the whole event or stay for the amount of time that feels comfortable for you.

🍽️ A buffet-style Christmas meal

🎅 Santa and an elf from PDP Storybook Characters
🎁 Gifts and festive experiences

🌿 A dedicated quiet and sensory space
🍿 An optional Christmas film with hot chocolate
💙 A warm welcome from the Dreamscape community
Activities are optional, and everyone can take part at their own pace.
🍽️ CHRISTMAS FOOD
The buffet-style Christmas meal will be prepared by GG’s Catering, with boneless turkey generously donated by MJ Meats.
Guests can enjoy their meal as part of the wider event, alongside activities, entertainment, stalls and time to connect with others.
Please tell us about any dietary requirements or allergies when booking. This could include:
• Vegetarian or vegan requirements
• Food allergies or intolerances
• Religious or cultural dietary requirements
• Texture or sensory-related food needs
• Anything else that may help us plan your meal
The final menu and allergen information will be shared before the event.
🎟️ TICKET PRICES
Adult ticket—18+—£12.50
Young person ticket—ages 13–17—£10
Child ticket—ages 12 and under—£7.50
Family ticket—2 adults and 2 children—£35
All displayed prices include the £2.50 booking fee.
Every person attending needs their own ticket. Children and young people must attend with a responsible adult, and the responsible adult must also have a ticket.
💙 BOOKING PREFERRED—WALK-INS WELCOME
Booking ahead helps us plan the buffet food, seating, activities and dietary requirements.
If you cannot book in advance, you are still welcome to turn up on the day. We will do our best to welcome walk-in guests, subject to venue capacity and buffet availability.
When you arrive, the Dreamscape team will check you in and provide your event wristband.
Your wristband allows you to leave, take a break and return during the event. Please keep it on so we know you have been checked in.
✨ A GENTLE, FREE-FLOW CHRISTMAS EXPERIENCE
The event will not follow a strict timetable. Food, activities and entertainment will be available around the venue throughout the day.
You will be able to:

💙 Take a break from the main event
💙 Visit the quiet and sensory space
💙 Leave and return with your wristband
💙 Choose whether you would like to meet Santa and the elf

There will be no pressure to talk to everyone, join every activity, have your photograph taken or remain in the busiest areas.
🛍️ COMMUNITY STALLS
Our community, local business and festive stalls will be open during the afternoon until 5:15pm.
Guests may discover affordable Christmas gifts, festive treats, handmade items, local services and helpful community information.
The stalls will close at 5:15pm, but the wider event will continue until 7:30pm with activities, entertainment, an optional film and hot chocolate.
🌿 QUIET AND SENSORY SPACE
A calmer space will be available for anyone who needs time away from the main event.
Guests can take a break and return whenever they feel ready.
Dreamscape does not provide childcare or one-to-one supervision. Children and young people must remain with their responsible adult throughout the event.

Dreamscape Community Connections C.I.C. is a local not-for-profit Community Interest Company creating calm, welcoming and low-pressure opportunities for connection.
We bring people together through community activities, meals, creative sessions, social events and gentle opportunities to build confidence and belonging.
There is no pressure to be outgoing or pretend to feel comfortable. People are welcome to talk, participate, quietly observe, take a break or simply enjoy being around others.
