Pleasure Is My Medicine — The Art & Science of Sensual Healing invites you into an evening of connection, embodied awareness, energy, conscious touch, music, laughter, and wholesome pleasure.

The Sacred Pleasure Kickback is a more relaxed continuation of the Sacred Pleasure experience, creating space to explore the body, energy, and connection without the pressure of having to perform, achieve, or figure anything out.

We will explore eight simple yet powerful gateways into conscious pleasure:

These experiences invite us to become more aware of sensation, presence, communication, and the ways ordinary human connection can become a pathway to healing and greater self-awareness.

🌬️ FROM BODY TO ENERGY

The evening may also include elements of Shamanic Energy Work, breathwork, energetic awareness, and practices designed to help us relax, circulate, and become more present within our bodies.

We will also explore Shamanic Tantric Bodywork as an energetic and embodied practice.

The emphasis is on presence, awareness, connection, and the movement of energy through the body.

Then we kick back.

Tea and light refreshments.
Music.
Conversation.
Laughter.
Connection.
Conscious, consensual exploration of wholesome pleasure.

There may be opportunities for brief bodywork experiences, depending on the flow of the evening and the comfort of those participating.

You are always welcome to participate, observe, pause, or simply enjoy the atmosphere.

There will be NO SEXUAL ACTIVITY.

This gathering is not a sex party, hookup event, or invitation for sexual interaction.

Our focus is conscious pleasure, sensual awareness, embodiment, energy, connection, and consensual non-sexual touch.

The word sensual refers to our capacity to consciously experience sensation through the body, breath, touch, sound, movement, presence, and connection.

The word Tantric refers to the energetic and contemplative approach informing the bodywork. It does not mean sexual activity is expected, encouraged, or included.
