Whether it’s about connection, movement or a step, Emma will be on hand to help you figure out the way forward. Bridgitta will be on hand to mop your brow and make you a cuppa 🫖
Please note the workshop is usually of a mixed level. Use the time to connect and explore whatever your experience. No partner necessary. If you would like to work with a fixed partner you are very welcome to.
We will then slip into a lovely proper practica afternoon with space to discuss and practise. Music and refreshments provided 🍰
