Join us for Harvest Within, an immersive restorative sound bath featuring the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and intentional stillness. Come rest, receive, and reconnect with yourself. 🤎

Begin your afternoon with a gentle yoga flow designed to help you move, stretch, and ground before the sound bath.
