We'll begin by gathering over a warm cup of ceremonial-grade cacao—an ancient heart-opening plant traditionally used to cultivate presence, gratitude, and meaningful connection. As we sip together, you'll be gently guided into an intention for the evening, creating space to release the week's stress and settle into the moment.
From there, you'll be invited to lie back, get comfortable, and surrender to an immersive sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and other healing instruments. As soothing vibrations wash over you, your nervous system is invited into a state of deep relaxation, allowing the body and mind to unwind naturally.
Following the sound bath, we'll gather once more for quiet reflection, conversation, and connection before easing back into the rest of our week—feeling lighter, more grounded, and deeply nourished.
