Six acts, six distinct musical lineages, one stage. A Night of Cross Genre music brings together a lineup that resists easy categorization: alternative R&B, Afrobeats, folk, blues, indie rock, and acoustic storytelling sharing a single evening, presented by Artist Alchemy Inc.
At the center is June Robin, a French born vocalist trained in traditional polyphonic singing before relocating to San Francisco. Her sound fuses alternative R&B, neo soul, experimental jazz, and electronic textures with organic vocal tradition. Her music does not resolve into answers; it holds contradiction, and asks the listener to sit inside it.
Nonye Toria brings Afrobeats rhythm rooted in soul, Motown, and old school blues, a singer/songwriter voice shaped by several traditions moving through one body of work.
Zeelle carries alternative pop and indie pop rock energy, melody built with an edge, songs meant to move a room without losing detail.
Mira Angela and Blues Puppy (Sean Riquelme) pair folk, rock, roots, contemporary, and classical influence on one side with blues, blues rock, R&B, soul, and guitar driven rock on the other. A singer/violinist and a singer/guitarist trading textures in real time, two lineages meeting mid song.
Tina Hertz, performing with her band Hertz and Currins, draws from indie rock, folk rock, classic British pop, 1960s garage rock, and 1970s rock and soul. Decades of reference points compressed into one live set.
Mae and Jay close the acoustic end of the spectrum: soft, guitar driven, indie folk songwriting centered on heartfelt storytelling about love, stripped down and direct.
Each set runs 20 to 25 minutes, built around original repertoire, leaving room for the audience to hear an artist in their most direct form and for connection between the songs and the room.
