Join us for A Night for Nepal, a three-course Nepali dinner to support 35 kids in Uttar Gaya, Nepal, who lost everything in the recent flash flood.Every dollar goes to Sano Paila, a Nepali nonprofit caring for these children on the ground.
THE MENU
Prepared by Chef Subash Yadav, one of Minnesota's top Nepali chefs
Starter: Sel roti & chiya (traditional Nepali donut & spiced tea)
Main: Dashain-Inspired Nepali Thali
- Steamed basmati rice
- Black lentils tempered with jimmu
- Rayo saag: mustard greens with garlic & cumin
- Aaloo achar: potato salad with fenugreek & turmeric
- Momo
- Goat curry (vegetarian option available on request)
Dessert: Saffron, rose & cardamom dessert, courtesy of Fletcher's Ice Cream
Drinks: Beer, wine, and signature cocktail/mocktail available for purchase.
