Be one of the first to learn about Estoria Market District, a proposed member-owned cooperative community for adults 62+. Join us to explore how cooperative living gives you more time for the things you love to do and the people most important to you.Imagine living in the Market District, where the riverfront, restaurants, shops, green spaces and energy of downtown are all part of everyday life. Taking shape along the Des Moines River just south of the Historic East Village, the Market District is creating an entirely new neighborhood designed to be active, walkable and connected.
