About this Event
SOME ROOMS CHANGE YOUR DIRECTION.
What if the next three days could change how you lead, build, and execute?
You have the vision. You have the assignment. You know there is more.
But vision alone is not a strategy.
Welcome to A New Era: Kingdom Blueprints, the OKIMCA International Leadership Summit 2026.
Join us November 11–13, 2026, in Riviera Beach, Florida, or online, for a powerful leadership experience designed to equip you with the insight, strategies, and connections needed to move forward with intention.
This is more than a conference. It is an opportunity to receive fresh perspective, strengthen your leadership, and discover practical approaches to building what God has placed in your hands.
WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?
- VISION: Gain clarity for the season ahead and the assignment before you.
- STRATEGY: Move beyond inspiration into intentional planning and execution.
- EQUIPPING: Learn from experienced Kingdom voices and leadership practitioners.
- IMPLEMENTATION: Explore how to turn ideas, assignments, and opportunities into meaningful action.
- CONNECTION: Engage with fellow leaders, entrepreneurs, pastors, and visionaries.
