About this Event
A New Chapter is a four-part ticketed dinner series at Talavera Cantina. Each Friday is a chapter of the Cariño family's story, and Chef Adrián González creates a four-course tasting menu inspired by how co-owners Karen and Britney see each one. Karen pairs optional cocktails with his dishes, and Britney will be your host.

Nov 20 – Prologue: Memories
Dec 4 – Chapter One: Femininity
Dec 11 – Chapter Two: Lost in Translation
Dec 18 – Epilogue: Legacy
Each night has its own menu, so every chapter is a different experience. Choose your date at checkout.
THE NIGHT
6:00pm – Doors open for the Hora de Convivio (optional). We'll serve your welcome cocktail as you arrive, and pass light bites throughout the hour.
7:00pm – Dinner begins.
10:00pm – Dinner ends.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
$120 per person + ticketing fees. Includes a welcome cocktail, light bites, the four-course tasting menu, and gratuity. The cocktail pairing is optional and can be added at the bar for $17 per cocktail.

- 21+ only. Please bring a valid ID.
- Dress code is smart casual.
- We're not able to accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions. Each menu is designed as one set experience for every guest.
- 40 seats per night.
