A space held for women at Self Retreat Space, Camden. Join Vaya, in partnership with NILA M., for an immersive afternoon weaving together guided journalling, meditation and a deeply restorative sound bath, all within a warm, intimate and fully women-held space.

We'll open with a founder-led introduction from the NILA M., sharing the story and philosophy behind the brand. NILA M. brings intimate skincare into your everyday beauty ritual — because your most personal skin deserves the same attention as the rest.

Then, guided prompts will invite you to turn inward, exploring what wellness truly means to you, before the sound bath carries you into deep rest.

This is your permission to slow all the way down.

You'll be welcomed with drinks by PerfectTed, plus a curated wellness goodie bag to take home.
