A Moment of Gratitude: Sound Bath

Amid the hustle and busyness of the holiday season, give yourself permission to slow down, take a deep breath, and simply be.

Join us for a restorative sound bath the Saturday after Thanksgiving to pause, reconnect with yourself, and find gratitude in the present moment.

Let the soothing sounds guide you into stillness, reminding you that even in the busiest seasons, there is always space for peace, presence, and appreciation.

You deserve a moment to receive, too.

Limited spaces available! Book your sound healing session today!
