Celebrate Christmas Eve at Paulette’s with A Modern Dickens Christmas Feast, a holiday supper inspired by the warmth and tradition of a classic Dickens Christmas and reimagined through Chef Guy Sockrider’s French culinary style.The evening begins with warm spiced Bordeaux and chilled Gulf oysters, followed by creamy beetroot bisque. For the main course, choose between roasted Colorado lamb with Burgundy sauce or Faroe Island salmon poached in French Champagne. A selection of French cheeses follows before a rich Sacher Torte, then coffee, ruby port, pecan pralines and candied orange peel bring the feast to a fitting Christmas Eve finish.
Reservations are required and tickets are non-refundable. Parties of five or more will be seated at The Terrace.
