Inviting deep release and healing, crafted to nourish, ground, allow and enter into a tranquil, nurturing and restorative space. Experience original guided meditation journeys, the magical world of sound healing, breath work, and gentle accessible Somatic movement are woven together, promoting healing, nervous system regulation, calming, deep release and self reflection.
We invite you to this Friday afternoon retreat nearing the longest night of Winter and the turning of the year.
A celebration of deep release and healing , crafted to nourish and invite renewal.
Allow us to lead you on a journey with gentle breath practices, guided meditation, the magical world of sound healing and practical grounding exercises . Held by experienced practitioners who have been friends for many years and work together beautifully.
This experience is an invitation to re-connect, slow down, soften, decompress, to release stresses that build up over time. This is a safe opportunity to unwind and become fully present — creating space for renewal; planting new seeds for personal growth and discovering new intentions, as we leave 2026 behind and begin to look towards a new cycle and the return of the light.
Through sound healing, quietening, both gentle movement and stillness, embodied mindful awareness, connecting to the simplicity of the breath, you are supported to settle deeply and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels safe, spacious, unrushed and highly enjoyable!
