About this Event
Flavors at Play: 9 Wines + 9 Bites is an interactive wine and food experience from Two Mountain Winery and The Tangerine Food Co.
The evening begins with a welcome pour and the opportunity to mingle with owner and winemaker, Matt Rawn, before guests gather around Tangerine’s open kitchen. From there, enjoy nine thoughtfully composed courses, alongside nine Two Mountain wines.
Matt and the Tangerine team will guide the conversation, sharing the intention behind the dishes, the wines, and their suggested pairings.
Then it is your turn to experiment: taste across the courses, compare combinations, and discover which pairings work best for your own palate.
While balance, contrast, texture, and flavor all play a role, the perfect pairing is ultimately a matter of taste. Have fun, PLAY!
