Sometimes, we get so used to doing, deciding and responding that we forget to pause and check in with ourselves.
A Little Space for Me is a small-group bracelet-making workshop that brings together hands-on creativity and mindful moments.
You'll learn to make your own personalised knotted bracelet, while exploring a simple practice:
NOTICE → PAUSE → CHOOSE
As you make, you'll have opportunities to notice what's happening within you — your feelings, thoughts, body sensations, preferences or urges — without needing to analyse or change them.
It's simply a little time to slow down, make something with your hands and check in with yourself.
What you'll experience
- A short guided arrival and introduction to Notice → Pause → Choose
- Learn the basic knotting technique
- Choose your thread colour, bracelet base and charm
- Make your own personalised knotted bracelet
- Take some time to notice what you experience as you make
- Reflect on what you noticed and where a little pause could be useful in everyday life
No experience needed. Everything is guided step by step.
