Fall has a way of filling up quickly. Between football season, gatherings, celebrations, work, and the beginning of the holiday rush, there can be very little room left to simply pause.
A Little R&R is an invitation to make room to do just that.
Join us for a cozy, midday pop-up retreat designed to help you slow down, settle in, and replenish before the season gets busy.
This isn't a retreat where you have to follow a packed schedule or be in the same room doing the same thing as everyone else.
Come in, get comfortable, explore, and make the experience your own.

Short, rotating 15-minute sessions designed to help you stretch, breathe, and settle into the moment.
💆🏽 Complimentary 5-Minute Massage
Enjoy a little hands-on relaxation with one of our participating massage providers. Additional massage time will be available for purchase directly with the provider.
🌿 Scent Bar
Take a moment to explore, experience, and shop the scents that speak to you.
🥤 Complimentary Cold-Pressed Beverage
Enjoy one complimentary beverage, with additional cold-pressed juices available for purchase.

Throughout the four-hour experience, guests can naturally rotate between the different offerings. There is no pressure to do everything. Your R&R can look however you need it to.
Whether you spend your time stretching, getting a massage, sipping something fresh, exploring the scent bar, enjoying a bowl, or settling into the lounge... we're creating the space. You decide how you receive it.
