Join us for food and informal conversation with Sasha Giordano, Queens College alumna. Giordano will discuss her time at QC, how she developed her career as a museum art director, and answer students' questions on how to achieve professional success.
Sasha Giordano is an art historian, curator, educator, and director of the Hofstra University Museum of Art. Her leadership focuses on exhibitions, accessibility, community engagement, and expanding the Museum as a space for learning and connection. An experienced museum professional and college educator, she has secured significant grant funding from the New York Council for the Arts, The Greater Hudson Heritage Foundation, The Cornelia T. Bailey Foundation, and the New York Community Trust to support exhibitions, education, and community initiatives. She holds an MA in Art History from Queens College.
