What if the thing standing between you and greater freedom isn't something you need to gain—but something you need to release?
You've prayed about it. You've talked about it. Maybe you've even surrendered it before.
But somehow, you're still carrying it.
The expectations. The fear. The need for control. The disappointment. The pressure of being everything to everybody. The wounds you thought you'd moved past. The version of yourself you're trying to maintain. The questions you still don't have answers to.
Sometimes we can become so consumed by what we're carrying that it becomes difficult to recognize and respond to what God is doing right in front of us.
Word & Worship Center's Women's Ministry invites you to A Jesus Encounter: Another Surrender, a two-day experience created for women who are ready to lay down what has been occupying their hearts, minds, and hands—and become more intentional about living from a posture of trust and surrender.
This isn't about pretending life isn't heavy.
It isn't about telling you to "just pray more."
And it isn't about manufacturing an emotional moment.
It's about making room to encounter Jesus.
Friday Night | Hour of Power Prayer
October 16 | 7:00 PM–8:30 PM
We begin Friday evening with prayer.
A time to quiet the noise.
A time to bring the burden.
A time to release.
A time to intercede for one another.
A time to simply be in the presence of God.
Come as you are and bring what you've been carrying.
Saturday | Women's Conference
October 17 | 10:00 AM–2:00 PM
Doors open at 9:30 AM
Saturday, we go deeper.
Join us for a transformative day featuring Mrs. Toni Boone and Evangelist Nikkia Tolbert, along with intentional moments of teaching, reflection, prayer, fellowship, practical application, and space for the Holy Spirit to move.
Our desire isn't simply for you to leave feeling inspired.
We want you to leave lighter and equipped—with greater awareness of what God may be asking you to surrender and practical ways to continue walking in freedom when you return to your everyday life.
And yes, we're going to enjoy one another too!
