A Holiday Dinner

For ages 18 & up

If this is your first year to make a holiday meal - whether for family or for friends - or if you would like to try something new, consider this a trial run. We'll supply all of the ingredients and even do all of the dishes! You'll practice the techniques needed to recreate a memorable meal and then sit down to enjoy the results. 

For ages 18 & up.21 or older? You'll enjoy a glass of wine paired with your meal at the end of class.

• Blue Cheese Souffles with Mixed Greens 

• Roasted Prime Rib of Beef with Pink & Green Peppercorn Crust & Red Wine Pan Sauce

• Creamy Swiss Chard Gratin with Parmigiano-Reggiano

• Butter Roasted, Herbed Fingerling Potatoes

• Chocolate & Peppermint Tart

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
