Join Kim Graydon of and the team at for a fun, hands-on charcuterie workshop where you’ll learn how to build a beautiful, balanced board that’s sure to impress at your next holiday gathering.
From choosing the right cheeses and charcuterie to mastering simple slicing, folding and styling techniques, you’ll leave with practical skills you can recreate at home. No fancy tools required! We’ll share tips and techniques you can use with the everyday tools and serving pieces you already own.

- Slice and style: Learn simple slicing and folding techniques that make your board look professionally prepared.
