About this Event
We wanted to create a Halloween celebration truly designed with neurodivergent individuals in mind. Instead of asking them to adapt to the environment, we are creating an environment that adapts to them. Everyone is invited to join us in celebrating children and individuals of all abilities!
Join us at The Gateway for A Halloween for Every Brain! Local small businesses will be passing out candy, toys, sensory items, and other fun surprises as families enjoy trick or treating together.
The event will offer a more controlled and supportive Halloween experience, with clear instructions and everything available in one place. Children can take a break in our calming sensory room, participate in activities designed for different sensory needs, and access one-on-one behavior support, visual and communication tools, sensory resources, autism screeners and more.
Our goal is to give every child the freedom to experience Halloween in the way that feels best for them while giving parents the support and peace of mind to enjoy the celebration too.
