About this Event
From limited sexual education offered at school to figuring it out on your own as an adult, A Guide to the Menstural Cycle is a multi-part seminar series aimed at filling the gap between what you know and what you should know about your period. It's aimed at adults looking to increase their knowledge of menstrual health and attunement to their bodies, but it's open to anyone who bleeds and anyone interested in the menstural experience.
In the first seminar, we will cover:
- Menstrual phases
- Relevant hormones to the menstural cycle
- Menstural cycle expectations
- Attuning to the menstrual cycle
The first seminar is available in person, but will be online at a later date.
Email me at [email protected] if you would like access to the online version.
Kelly Bramble Dietitian is an inclusive practice that values the diversity of all participants and welcomes people of all sexual orientations, gender identities, and gender expressions.
