We invite you to the Cohen Clinic’s exclusive Guided Meditation and Sound Bath experience. Led by Leslie Hinkle and Heidi Watts, both certified yoga and sound healing instructors, this session combines gentle movement and immersive sound to help relieve stress and enhance mental clarity and focus. Participants will receive a holiday health and wellness gift bag from the instructors. This yoga class is for ages 18 and up.
