An extraordinary evening of food and wine in support of the Women's Business League Greater Boston chapter's Walk to End ALZ team.
Wine with every course. Most exploring one grape, two ways.
Every course is paired with wine, and with most courses, you'll enjoy two wines from the same grape: one sparkling, one still. Sip a sparkling Grenache next to a still Grenache. Compare a sparkling Mourvèdre to a 2023 still Mourvèdre. Taste how the exact same grape transforms depending on how it's made. It's a rare, side-by-side tasting experience most people have never had, and it's happening course after course, all night, well, until 8.

? Welcome Reception: Shrimp Grand Marnier, paired with Sparkling Blanc de Blanc (Chardonnay)
? Salad: Baby Greens with Citrus-Olive Oil Vinaigrette, paired with Sparkling Grenache + 2024 Grenache
? Entrée: Lobster Ravioli in Creamy Lobster Sauce, paired with Sparkling Amistara (Chardonnay) + 2024 Winemaker Select Chardonnay
? Intermezzo: Wild Mushroom & Parmesan Arancino, paired with Sparkling Mataró (Mourvèdre) + 2023 Mourvèdre
? Main Course: Braised Short Rib with Gnocchi, paired with 2023 Gene's Block Zinfandel + 2022 Signature Blend (Grenache, Syrah & Mourvèdre, served in Magnum)
? Dessert: Mini Tiramisu, paired with Ilusión 3 (Fortified Syrah)
