About the Producer
While traditional Scotch whisky often leans heavily on centuries-old regional blueprints, the Isle of Raasay Distillery is rewriting the rules. As the island's first legal distillery, they are combining unique six-part cask maturations, custom-peated and unpeated distillations, and innovative island finishing to create a totally fresh style of single malt. In this intimate masterclass, we are packing our palates to explore volcanic island water, clever cask science, and the distinct sweet-and-smoky harmony that defines this rising star.
Spaces are strictly capped around our tasting table to keep the evening intimate, social, and educational. Secure your spot today for the ultimate Hebridean whisky road trip!
