This Día de los Muertos, KoKo by Bakan dedicates its ofrenda to Diana Kennedy, honoring her love of Mexico and her lifelong work sharing its food, stories and traditions with the world. The altar celebrates the cooking traditions she spent her life documenting, many of which are at the heart of KoKo’s kitchen: ancestral corn, traditional nixtamalization and handmade tortillas.
