"Come in! Come in and know me better, man!" A Dickens of a Christmas: Holiday Home Tour returns Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, December 11-13, 2026.
Tickets are $28 and go on sale at noon on Sunday, November 1 - set a reminder as past events have sold out quickly!
A Dayton tradition and one of Ohio's longest running housing tours, A Dickens of a Christmas welcomes all for a curated walking tour that explores the streets, houses, and history of our neighborhood. Costumed volunteers and cheerful residents will brighten your holidays with stories from the past, present, and future of our vibrant inner city neighborhood.
Tours depart every half hour within these frames:
Friday 3-8pm
Saturday 11am-7pm
Sunday 12-5pm
Tours last approximately 2.5 hours, but be sure to set aside more time to enjoy the neighborhood gift shop, nearby Historic Inner East businesses, and the Dayton Liederkranz's Christkindlmarkt!
