📝ABOUT Ajahn Jeff Oliver:
Jeff is an Australian practitioner and teacher of Freestyle Vipassana meditation for over 30 years. For almost 9 years he was a Buddhist Monk in Myanmar tradition under Venerable Chanmyay Sayadaw’s guidance. After disrobing he met and learnt Freestyle Vipassana from Venerable Sayadaw U Tejaniya. With passion for guiding individuals through application of mindfulness with any situation in life, he is invited to share in experiences in many countries including Australia, Czech Republic, Turkey, Malaysia, and Thailand.
