We are so excited to celebrate the release of A Court Of Splintered Harmony with you on Monday, October 26!
Step into Prythian for a night worthy of the Night Court
What to know:
- This event is taking place off-site so please don't show up to Grimsby Books! The release party is taking place at The Forty Public House. It shares the same large free parking lot as our store and is about a one minute walk from our storefront.
- Doors open at 9:30pm and you can arrive any time before midnight (though we suggest arriving at 9:30 or slightly later for the best experience)
- Food and drink (alc and non-alc) will be available for purchase on-site.
- This event is 19+ yrs for entry
Activities:
- Book bedazzling! Bring your copy of A Court of Thorns and Roses with you to bedazzle. Limited copies will be available to purchase on-site if you forget to bring yours!
- Trivia! Everybody will be split into small teams. If you are attending with somebody and would like to be paired together, please sit with them when trivia is announced to ensure you are together!
- Suriel's Tea! Write your anonymous confession, hot take, or ACOTAR opinion and drop it in the cauldron. We will pull them throughout the night and read them aloud.
- Costume contest! Show up dressed like your favourite character and win prizes! Every attendee can vote on their favourite, and voting will be available for most of the evening. Winner(s) announced before the book releases at midnight.
- And, of course, hanging out with fellow fans, waiting until midnight, and being one of the first to get their copy of A Court of Splintered Harmony!
Your ticket includes a copy of A Court of Splintered Harmony and all of the activities. If you have already preordered A Court of Splintered Harmony from us, there is a separate ticket. Please send us proof of your preorder within 7 days of purchasing your ticket so we can confirm that you have purchased the correct one!
