Whether you live locally in the West Country or are visiting beautiful Bath, this is an opportunity to meet fellow HSPs, share experiences and enjoy some gentle festive community in a calm and welcoming setting.
What to expect

- Festive refreshments: Enjoy a cuppa and some seasonal treats.
- A welcoming space: Come as you are, with no pressure to perform, participate or make small talk if you don’t feel like it.
We’ll make space for the things that matter to us as HSPs: connection, understanding, a gentler pace and the freedom to honour our own needs during the festive season.
A little festive sharing
You’re very welcome to bring along homemade Christmas bakes or a festive item you’d like to share with the group. It’s entirely optional — simply bring yourself.
