About this Event
Following the PHENOMENAL success of our SOLD-OUT concert last year, we are back — and this year, we’re bringing you an even BIGGER and more spectacular production!
We are absolutely thrilled to announce that Séamus & Caoimhe Uí Fhlatharta will be our Special Guests this year!
These incredibly talented siblings from Connemara, Co. Galway, are noted for their sean-nós singing and unique arrangements of both Irish and English language songs. Their performance in 2022 of the soulful lament Anach Cuain on The Late Late Show went viral around the world!!.
Just home from their 2026 Australia tour, the siblings recently performed at the Fleadh Cheoil in Belfast.
This will be their first-ever appearance in Cookstown — and believe me, you do NOT want to miss this!
We're also delighted to welcome back Fergal McAloon from The Whistling Donkeys. And who could forget his incredible performance of ‘A Spaceman Came Travelling’ last year?
Joining us again is the phenomenal Andrea Begley — Winner of The Voice UK!
Fresh from his most recent tour of America, the hugely talented multi Irish traditional intrumentalist Conor Mallon will also be returning to the show.
And of course we are delighted to have the INCREDIBLE soloists:
Mollie McKeever
Margaret Anne Conlon
Eilis Fox
Mairead Conway
And finally making her Celtic Christmas by Candlelight debut we have the wonderful Dominique Mullan.
Completing this year’s lineup, we have a full string ensemble, featuring the incredibly talented The Smyth Sisters & Joanne Fegan, and with more special guests still to be announced!
A Celtic Christmas by Candlelight only works because of YOU.
So we would be absolutely delighted to welcome you, your family and friends as we come together to celebrate the music, the magic and spirit of Christmas in Cookstown .
