One thing I've noticed since being in the healing world, the retreats seem to be seasonal in the uk. But when do we need them most, winter can be the most depressing season for some. The pressure of Christmas, the days getting shorter and the winter blues kicking in.
So this Year I've decided to host a retreat near Manchester to help us get out of that winter blues mindset. Most of us that struggle with winter blues tend to isolate over the winter months. So this winter come and join us for some healing and connection in a beautiful location near Manchester airport.
We will be using breathwork, shadow work, somatic practices, cacao, meditation and more.
