This practice invites you to pause and return to the truth that nothing outside of you is required to feel whole. Peace, joy, and contentment already live within — the breath simply helps us remember. Together, we’ll move through guided breathwork that softens the mind and opens the heart, followed by a gratitude circle where we witness one another and share what we’re thankful for. After class we will provide delicious tea and a snack to both rehydrate and ground you as you move back towards your evening.
