Opportunities to donate to or sponsor the event are available and we ask that you carefully consider this opportunity.
Sponsors will receive recognition through both printed and digital materials at the conference. Sponsorship levels include:
- Bronze: $750 (Includes registration for one attendee)
- Silver: $2,000 (Includes registration for two attendees)
- Gold: $3,000 (Includes registration for three attendees)
- Platinum: $7,500 (Includes registration for four attendees and named sponsor of one meal)
- Diamond: $15,000+ (Includes registration for eight attendees and named sponsor of one meal)
How to register for the meeting as a sponsor:
Navigate to the ticketing section, select a ticket at your sponsorship level, and checkout to confirm registration. Please purchase a sponsorship ticket for each planned attendee (ie if you are a Gold sponsor, your sponsorship includes up to 3 attendees. If you have 3 individuals planning to attend, select 3 Gold tickets and complete the registration details for each attendee (include the name of the primary sponsor in the comment box for each ticket). A payment will not be processed via EventBrite for sponsored tickets. Our team will receive the registration notice, and will be in contact to process your sponsorship payment separately. Attendees to reserve your hotel room at Marriott Boston Quincy at our special discounted conference price.
Discounted room rates will be available for a stay timeframe spanning 3 days before and 3 days after the conference dates (subject to availability - so book early!)
