Ready to Stop Getting in Your Own Way?
Have you ever felt like you're capable of more, but something keeps getting in the way?
Maybe you struggle to trust yourself, hold back when you want to move forward, or find yourself falling into the same patterns despite knowing you want something different. You may have spent plenty of time working on yourself, understanding your past, and figuring out why you do the things you do, yet still find yourself right back where you started.
It's frustrating when your mind knows one thing, but your reactions, habits, and beliefs seem to pull you in another direction.
Sometimes, moving forward means giving yourself the opportunity to step outside your usual way of thinking and explore what's happening beneath the surface.
That's where this 9D Breathwork experience comes in.
Through guided breathing, immersive sound, and visualization, you'll have an opportunity to turn your attention inward, explore familiar patterns, and begin looking at yourself and your possibilities from a different perspective.
This isn't about forcing change or trying to become someone you're not. It's about creating space to recognize what may no longer be serving you and considering what you want to carry forward instead.
Whether you're working toward personal goals, trying to build confidence, or simply tired of feeling stuck in the same place, this experience offers time to step away from the noise of everyday life and focus on yourself.
You don't have to know exactly what you're working through or come in with a specific goal. Just come willing to be present and open to the experience.
A few things to know:
This is a 52-minute guided 9D Breathwork journey experienced in a zero-gravity chair with headphones and an eye mask. No previous breathwork experience is necessary.
Space is limited, and seats are filling. If this sounds like something you've been needing, don't wait until the last minute to reserve your spot.
Sometimes, the next step forward starts with giving yourself the space to see things differently.
What should I bring?
-wear loose, comfortable clothing
-a blanket if you get cold or want it for comfort
-don't eat for at least 2 hours before this session so that your tummy does not become upset!
You will be laid back in a zero gravity chair for this class with an eye mask and headphones on. This will all be provided for you. While you will be in the class with up to 10 people, once the journey starts you will be in your own world with no knowledge of what anyone else is doing. This journey is a great complement to the other breathwork journeys offered. All breathwork can be done in either the group setting or by scheduling an individual and personalized session.
