Denise Solmere guides you through the 9D Breathwork technique, a unique combination of controlled breathwork, hypnotic guidance, and sound frequencies that work together to access the subconscious mind and release trapped emotions or past traumas. By guiding the body into a safe, altered state, participants can reprocess reactions, integrate new perspectives, and experience personal transformation unlike other practices.
The Relational Field is an immersive somatic exploration into the heart of intimacy. It is designed to "polish the mirror" of the self, using circular mouth breathing to bring buried survival responses—withdrawal, projection, and shutting down—into the light of awareness. It includes coregulation, through a vivid "Sunrise Beach" visualization, where you will bridge the gap between you and your partner, seeing them through the lens of their inner child and dissolving old "dead weight" expectations.
